Under the Courts of Justice Act  , the Minister of Justice may appoint persons to administer oaths. The Minister keeps a Registre des commissaires à l'assermentation .

- enable you to use a secure Web application to fill out online and print an application to be appointed as a Commissioner for Oaths;
- enable you to renew a commission online in a secure manner;
- give contact information on commissioners for oaths;
- enable you to check whether a Commissioner for Oaths was authorized to administer oaths in a judicial district on a given date.
