The report considers ways to improve the judicial process in the area of youth protection so that the justice system can effectively respond to the needs of young persons, their parents, and justice and social practitioners.

Consultations will soon be initiated by the Ministère de la Justice jointly with the Ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux. Details of the consultation process will be announced shortly.
