The Ministère de la Justice du Québec (MJQ) has made a commitment to ensure the accessibility of its website for people with a disability or physical impairment. The website will be completely redesigned by the start of 2014, providing an opportunity to meet all applicable government standards and remove any obstacles to access. Already, the MJQ has updated several elements of the current website using available technology—in particular for all document downloads.

It is important to note that the MJQ cannot guarantee access to third-party content, which is not subject to the application of government standards. In addition, a reasonable period of time is allowed before new documents placed on-line in urgent situations are made fully accessible.
