Gouvernement du Québec - Justice

Accessibility

The Ministère de la Justice du Québec (MJQ) has made a commitment to ensure the accessibility of its website for people with a disability or physical impairment. The website is presently undergoing a complete overhaul, providing an opportunity to meet the government standards and remove most of the obstacles to access. Already, the MJQ has updated several elements of the current website using available technology—in particular for document downloads.

If you need assistance

However, some website content is still not fully accessible, including:

  • some technical documents containing complex tables
  • some audio-visual documents
  • some digitized documents.

If you have difficulty consulting any of the above documents or navigating through our website, or if you need help completing a form, the MJQ client communications centre will be glad to assist.

To obtain help, please contact:

Phone: 418 643-5140
Toll free: 1 866 536-5140

It is important to note that the MJQ cannot guarantee access to third-party content, which is not subject to the application of government standards. In addition, a reasonable period of time is allowed before new documents placed on-line in urgent situations are made fully accessible.
