Possible interruption of Canada Post services

Because of possible strike action at Canada Post beginning at 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, June 2, 2011, the mailing out of documents from courthouses may be suspended or delayed.
It is important to note that the legal deadlines for filing proceedings or documents with the courts continue to apply, even if postal services are not available. For this reason, you should check to ensure that documents mailed to a courthouse in the days leading up to the strike have been received at the clerk’s office.
