Decisions and documents submitted in connection with an access to information request
In accordance with the Regulation respecting the distribution of information and the protection of personal information, since April 1, 2015 the Department has released the documents submitted in connection with an access to information request, along with the anonymized decision made by the person responsible, provided that the information is accessible by law.
Documents that contain personal information, are confidential or contain information supplied by a third person, cannot be distributed. Documents are distributed within 5 business days following the date on which they are sent to the applicant.
All requests for access to documents concerning the Minister and the Minister’s staff and involving human resource management (staffing, duties, etc.) or financial management (payroll, expenditure, travel costs, etc.) must be addressed to the Ministère de la Justice du Québec.
