Decisions and documents submitted in connection with an access to information request
In accordance with the Regulation respecting the distribution of information and the protection of personal information, since April 1, 2015, the Ministère has released the documents submitted in connection with an access to information request, provided that they are accessible. These documents are released along with the anonymized decision made by the person in charge of access to documents.
The documents are released on the Ministère’s website within five business days following the date on which they are sent to the applicant. Documents that contain personal information, are confidential or contain information supplied by a third person cannot be distributed.
Please note that to consult or obtain a copy of a document filed in a court record, you must reach out directly to the office of the courthouse in the relevant judicial district. You can find more information on how to do this here.
