The Court of Quebec Addiction Treatment Program (CQATP) - Montréal
The Court of Québec Addiction Treatment Program was implemented for the first time in Québec in the judicial district of Montréal on December 4, 2012.
In addition to the Ministère de la Justice and the Court of Québec, the main partners in the program are
- the Director of Criminal and Penal Prosecutions;
- the Ministère de la Sécurité publique and its Direction des services professionnels correctionnels, Clientèle féminine et activités spécialisées;
- the Ministère du Travail, de l’Emploi et de la Solidarité sociale;the Centre intégré universitaire de santé et de services sociaux du centre sud de l’île de Montréal;
- the Association des avocats de la défense de Montréal;
- the Centre communautaire juridique de Montréal.
