Tribunal

Decision

After the hearing, the case is taken under advisement so that the administrative judge or the special clerk can write up the decision, which is then sent to the parties.

The applicant and the defendant must check, among other things, whether the decision has a specific deadline for its execution. In case of contestation, recourse may be available, depending on the circumstances.

This section deals with several subjects of interest concerning the decision.
