Tariff of Court Costs
The tariff is indexed on January 1st of every year.
The plaintiff is entitled to charge interest on the amount of the claim, calculated either at the legal rate of 5% or at the agreed rate.
The agreed rate is the rate specified in an agreement between the parties.
Whether you testify or not, you can claim an indemnity for transportation, parking, meals and accommodation for every day you attend court.
Methods of payment
At the courthouse, you can pay by any method except a personal cheque. If you pay by mail, you will have to provide a certified cheque or a postal order made out to the Minister of Finance.
